📋 Description

• Lead the development of FSP proposals across Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Regulatory, and other functional service lines • Work with BD, Flex Solutions, and Operations to define proposal strategy • Coordinate and lead internal meetings for strategy and proposal review • Submit final proposal documents to clients by agreed deadlines • Establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, implementation, reviews, and approvals • Work with BD and Finance to implement agreed financial aspects into proposals • Collaborate with BD on client deliverables • Update the internal tracking system • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management, Finance or related field required • Minimum of 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or related industry • Experience developing complex FSP proposals and budgets across one or more clinical development functions is strongly preferred • Knowledge of FSP and strategic workforce outsourcing models preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to manage priorities and workflow • Ability to work within constantly changing priorities • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels • Commitment to excellence and high standards • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
