📋 Description

• Secure and operate cloud and Kubernetes environments supporting Chainalysis products and Hosted AI Platform (HAIP) • Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads and cloud services, including pod health, logs, errors, latency, and upstream provider issues • Ship reviewed Terraform and Kubernetes changes to improve HAIP and broader cloud infrastructure security and reliability • Improve AWS and edge/network controls, including IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, logging, and Cloudflare • Reduce recurring misconfigurations through reusable patterns and runbooks • Use Python or similar scripting and monitoring improvements to automate operational work • Participate in the AI Product on-call rotation • Triage production alerts, communicate clearly, and escalate when needed • Collaborate with Infrastructure Security, Platform Engineering, AI Core, and other engineering partners to address risks at their source • Drive security and infrastructure fixes through completion

🎯 Requirements

• Production cloud infrastructure experience, preferably in AWS • Working knowledge of security controls such as IAM, networking, secrets, encryption, or logging • Hands-on production Kubernetes experience, including inspecting workloads, reading logs, and troubleshooting failures using command-line tools • Experience authoring Terraform changes reviewed and deployed to production • Comfort shipping changes through Git and pull requests • Production on-call or incident-response experience • Alert investigation, clear communication, and sound escalation judgment • Python or similar scripting ability • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across the R&D organization • Experience operating AI/ML infrastructure, LLM platforms, or services integrating with model providers (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI gateway concepts such as model routing or quotas (nice to have) • Experience with Cloudflare or other edge/network security controls (nice to have) • Exposure to Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Orca (nice to have) • Experience with Argo CD or Flux (nice to have) • Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, fintech, or regtech infrastructure (nice to have) • Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions • No stated educational credential requirement
