📋 Description

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM hiring across the US organization, from profile definition and sourcing through interviews, references, and offers. • Build high-quality candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networks, and creative outbound strategies. • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define candidate profiles, calibrate talent, design interview processes, and drive hiring decisions. • Drive recruiting velocity through strong communication, timely feedback, and clear accountability. • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience. • Improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, referral programs, employer branding, and recruiting tools and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in technology companies, with significant experience hiring GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations. • A strong track record recruiting high-performing commercial talent, ideally including enterprise SaaS sales roles. • Deep hands-on sourcing experience, including identifying and engaging passive candidates. • Experience working in a fast-growing startup or similarly high-velocity environment. • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of modern sourcing tools, AI-powered recruiting platforms, and ATS systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse. • Excellent judgment and ability to assess candidates beyond resumes. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Confidence partnering directly with senior leaders and challenging assumptions when needed. • Experience recruiting for B2B SaaS companies is strongly preferred. • Familiarity with legal tech is a plus.
