📋 Description

• Actively seek and source best fit candidates to fill open positions • Perform passive and active sourcing through the ATS Talent Community, job boards, social media, job postings, networking, and local community resources • Screen and interview candidates via text, phone, and live video calls • Evaluate candidate responses to determine viability • Track and disposition candidate statuses throughout the recruitment lifecycle in the ATS • Utilize artificial intelligence in the ATS to determine and qualify best-fit candidates • Make verbal offers and send official offer letters based on position and market • Provide timely updates to Hiring Managers, Lead Recruiter, and TA Manager • Promote recruitment initiatives, employment branding campaigns, and the Employee Referral Program • Gather and share market intelligence, candidate feedback, competitive patterns, and industry best practices • Complete administrative duties, including candidate notes, interview feedback, and timely applicant review and outreach • Meet or exceed goals and deadlines • Assist with special programs and promotions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Proficient in MS Office Outlook applications • Clear and respectful verbal and written communicator • Talent acquisition, HR, or retail/3PL role preferred • Experience in using an Applicant Tracking System preferred • Experience in using MS Office Excel, Word preferred • Experience recruiting field retail or field marketing positions preferred • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills • Able to interface with many different levels of management • Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills • Adaptable to changes in work and structure • Dependable and consistent • Self-motivated and driven; able to remain productive with minimal supervision • Able to learn new system and abide by HR governances • Demonstrate a willingness to accept new responsibilities and respond positively to management instructions and direction • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Regularly sit, talk and/or hear • Occasionally carrying and lifting something up to 10 lbs. • Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
