📋 Description

• Own strategic account management for a portfolio of top-tier autonomous vehicle accounts • Create and maintain segment blueprints for robotaxi operators, AV logistics/delivery, and AV testing and R&D fleets • Document customer economics, procurement patterns, technical/product requirements, and competitive positioning • Translate blueprint findings into inputs for Product, Policy, R&D, and Marketing • Maintain feedback loops and track KPIs for segment traction and blueprint accuracy • Own account health, growth, retention, and footprint expansion • Lead negotiation and contract structuring for major, complex, multi-year agreements • Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams on major RFPs and large bids • Manage end-to-end distributed architecture DCFC deployment projects, with and without skid-based configurations • Coordinate real estate acquisition, site selection, sequencing, and timelines • Own installation and commissioning delivery through ChargePoint • Structure and manage service-level agreements against mission-critical uptime standards • Provide business case analysis, financial modeling, and ROI assessments • Track segment strategy and deployment delivery performance and adjust plans as the market evolves • Report to the Vice President of Sales, North America

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • MBA a plus • PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus • 8+ years of combined experience across strategic account management, infrastructure project delivery, and segment or market strategy • Experience ideally within EV charging, energy, or mission-critical technology sectors • Demonstrated success owning and growing enterprise-level commercial relationships • Experience negotiating complex, multi-year agreements • Hands-on project management experience delivering multi-stakeholder infrastructure deployments involving real estate, construction, and installation, on schedule and to specification • AV or mission-critical uptime environment experience strongly preferred • Ability to convert high-level goals into segment blueprints, account plans, and deployment plans • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including business cases and ROI assessments • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and presenting findings to senior leadership • In-depth understanding of the e-mobility landscape, DCFC hardware and site design, including skid and non-skid distributed architecture • Understanding of mission-critical SLA structures highly preferred • Comfortable with modern productivity and AI tools • Ability to build original presentations and data-driven deliverables • Ability to travel frequently, including to active deployment sites
