• Provide candidates with a first-class, positive experience starting from the initial contact all the way until they become part of the team • Ensure candidates feel supported, knowledgeable, and excited to go through our process • Manage candidates end-to-end through Greenhouse, making sure each is moving through in a timely manner • Become a power user of Greenhouse to drive efficiencies in the recruiting process • Build a solid understanding of our teams and forge strong relationships with those team members and hiring managers • Drive accountability with internal teams to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for candidates • Analyze and report on our recruiting pipeline to hiring managers • Create new requisitions in Greenhouse • Find ways to automate and improve manual processes • Assist recruiters and managers with additional projects
• 1+ year of recruitment coordination or recruitment operations experience • 1+ year of experience using Greenhouse ATS preferred • Incredibly organized and conscientious, with a strong track record of execution and follow-through • Passion for providing best-in-class candidate experiences • Stellar attention to detail and analytical skills • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Quick learner, with the ability to pattern-match and improve on ideas • Strong experience in Excel and Google Sheets • Demonstrated integrity, maturity, professionalism, and sensitivity
