📋 Description

• Lead delivery of client engagements within Chartis’ Oncology Solutions practice • Direct engagement team activities, lead problem-solving, and oversee analysis and deliverables • Advance the firm’s thought leadership through distinctive insights and new service offerings • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing and prospective clients • Surface and discuss healthcare issues within and beyond specific consulting engagements • Mentor and develop consulting colleagues • Foster collaboration within engagement teams, across practices, and at all levels of the firm • Help maintain a collaborative culture that attracts passionate, mission-driven consultants • Lead execution and delivery of large, complex consulting engagements • Expand new and potential business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience working with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, including enterprise strategic planning, M&A, partnership or joint venture development, service line planning, provider enterprise planning and alignment, growth strategy development, or similar initiatives • At least 5 years of experience working with healthcare providers on cancer-related strategic initiatives • At least 5 years of experience managing others • Bachelor's degree required • Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH) • Well-regarded personal brand and strong, compelling point of view • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills • Superior communication skills • Outstanding people leadership and team management abilities • Track record of developing and managing strong client relationships and leveraging them into high-impact engagements • Motivation to materially impact healthcare for the better • Legal authorization to work in the United States
