📋 Description

• Lead large-scale, technology-enabled revenue cycle transformation initiatives for healthcare organizations • Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization focused on front-end workflows • Define solution strategy, scope, and roadmap aligned with client goals and patient access priorities • Drive execution across operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders • Design and optimize Epic patient access workflows across scheduling, registration, eligibility, referrals and prior authorization, estimates and financial clearance, and check-in • Align Epic configuration and business processes with operational and financial outcomes • Identify and address upstream front-end issues contributing to downstream claim denials and revenue cycle challenges • Advise executive and operational stakeholders • Lead decision-making, issue resolution, and governance across patient access and related revenue cycle functions • Translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences • Partner with client leadership to enable adoption and sustain transformation • Support change management strategies improving patient access operations, data quality, and revenue cycle outcomes • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary consulting and client teams • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment • Travel to clients approximately 25%-50% on average

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives • Deep expertise in Epic front-end revenue cycle / patient access • Hands-on experience with Epic applications such as Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Welcome, or eligibility workflows • Proven success delivering large-scale Epic implementations or optimizations, particularly in patient access or front-end revenue cycle • Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics • Experience leading client-facing engagements • Ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments • Epic certification in a relevant front-end module is highly preferred but not required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • May not require employment visa sponsorship
