📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and other code-based Salesforce technologies • Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment • Use Flow to solve complex requirements and bridge to code when necessary • Develop efficient and scalable code following best practices and industry standards • Build Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms • Perform code reviews • Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications • Collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA testers for successful project delivery • Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II • Minimum of ten (10) years of general work experience • Three (3) years of experience developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages • Full-stack engineering experience, including database development and integration • Three (3) years deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications • Strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and applications • Proficiency in Apex and declarative tools such as Flow or OmniStudio • Experience using AWS Connect APIs, the Salesforce CTI adapter, and Omnichannel configuration/API • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and REST and SOAP APIs • Experience with DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex development projects • U.S. Citizenship required • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Preferred: Public sector experience or multiple Salesforce project implementations • Preferred: Deep Flow expertise • Preferred: Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines such as Harness.io • Preferred: OmniStudio development experience
