📋 Description

• Design, develop, and articulate Salesforce solutions based on customers' strategic business and technical requirements • Collaborate with program managers, technical peers, business partners, and other stakeholders • Lead implementation efforts • Deliver architecture designs and solution strategies • Provide program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications • Evaluate Salesforce integrations with third-party solutions • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of general work experience • Experience in the IT field focusing on Salesforce and/or other no-code/low-code platform projects, DevSecOps, and technical architecture • At least three (3) years of experience architecting Salesforce production enterprise applications • Experience providing program oversight and solutions architecture for Salesforce applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences and senior management • Strong relationship management skills • Salesforce end-to-end implementation experience • Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approaches • Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and their influence on design • Experience deploying solutions that include Experience Cloud • Experience evaluating Salesforce with third-party solutions • Background in architecture concepts, including integration styles, architecture styles, and patterns • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance best practices and methodologies • Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools • U.S. citizenship required • Public Trust eligible • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal • Must pass pre-employment drug testing • May be subject to a background investigation • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; Master's degree preferred • Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant or Experience Cloud Consultant, preferred • Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
