• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis; document current and future workflows. • Create process maps and documentation including SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on process changes and support successful implementation. • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce cost, and improve quality. • Perform data analysis to uncover trends and drive data based improvement recommendations. • Support change management by communicating updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating training. • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and track ongoing performance. • Promote continuous improvement and stay current on industry best practices. • May lead, train, and mentor team members.
• Must possess appropriate level of certifications for this position as required by the contract. • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus (7+) years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience. • Ability to analyze business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. • Ability to gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis. • Experience documenting current and future workflows, process maps, SOPs, decision points, inputs, outputs, and dependencies. • Experience performing data analysis and establishing and monitoring KPIs. • Ability to support change management, communicate updates, address concerns, and facilitate training. • Ability to work in an office environment and meet the stated physical demands. • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
