📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and support assigned Epic software applications • Work with operational teams across ProMedica • Mentor less experienced IT EMR staff • Plan implementation and upgrades for clinical systems • Ensure adequate testing, quality assurance, and documentation of changes • Train IT employees • Advise end-users on operating their information systems • Support the training team by keeping trainers informed of new functions and system changes

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience • Must achieve Epic certification in primary application within 90 days of completing the first Epic class • Obtaining and maintaining Epic Certification in the primary application is mandatory • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience in Information Technology (preferred) • IT background (preferred) • 5–7 years relevant clinical experience (preferred) • Epic certification (preferred) • Residence in an eligible U.S. state; employment is unavailable to residents of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, and U.S. territories
