• Current California Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L) • Authorized to work in the U.S. (H-1B visa sponsorship not available) • Minimum 2 years of pediatric OT experience required • Previous experience delivering telehealth occupational therapy (references required) • Tech-savvy with a reliable internet connection and HIPAA-compliant workspace • Strong communication, caregiver coaching, and documentation skills • Must consistently be available during after-school hours (PST)
