📋 Description

• Answer telephone calls from physician callers • Provide personalized, seamless service • Respond to inquiries using expert knowledge of physicians, services, and programs • Work with internal departments of affiliated entities to draft best practices for routing and responding to physician callers • Prioritize complex and emergent situations • Access three to four software systems within one call when necessary • Participate in staff training • Act as a resource for co-workers when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Two to three years of customer service experience • Strong basic computer and keyboarding skills • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Pleasant telephone voice and helpful manner • Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision while functioning as part of a team • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including problem-solving and follow-up skills • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify problems and initiate solutions • Forward-thinking approach to improving processes, tools, and resources • Knowledge of general computer software, including Microsoft Office • Telephone-based customer service experience preferred • Fluid knowledge of common medical and hospital terminology preferred • Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment, preferably including clinician interaction • Knowledge of specialty software, including Infinity, E-Centaurus, Cerner, and/or AMiON preferred • Successful completion of an occupational health assessment, drug screen, and background investigation • Compliance with the U.S. Government Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
