📋 Description

• Collaborate in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment • Identify and source talent for approximately 300 seasonal spring planting openings • Support CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and related programs • Support the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and competitive analysis • Use applicant tracking and recruiting software to track applicants through interviews with hiring managers • Learn and communicate employee benefits, compensation, incentive programs, and CHS culture to candidates • Provide sourcing support to Talent Acquisition colleagues • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely follow-up and professional communication • Provide hiring managers with a positive experience and regular updates • Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical and creative methods to source candidates • Comply with company policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or Agriculture • Previous internship experience in an HR or recruiting role preferred • Agricultural background preferred • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Efficient multitasking and prioritization skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Full-time availability of 32+ hours per week with core business hours availability • Ability to work core business hours typically between 8 am and 5 pm Central Time • Selected candidates must pass applicable pre-employment screenings if required
