📋 Description

• Assist in developing sourcing strategies and hiring plans to fill open roles within given timelines • Support employment branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence with prospective candidates • Help plan and conduct interviews and screening calls • Contribute ideas to improve the interview process • Help ensure a positive, well-organized candidate experience throughout the hiring journey • Assist in preparing interview panels to evaluate technical ability and culture/values alignment • Support employee retention and development initiatives • Help organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, and campus placement drives • Assist in tracking hiring metrics and building reports to identify areas for improvement • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments • Learn to evaluate candidates for technical skill and culture/values fit

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding • Openness to understanding different selection methods and techniques • Comfortable using social media and job boards, or willing to quickly learn • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles across the organization • Knowledge of leveraging AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to support sourcing, screening, and recruiting tasks • Good written and verbal communication skills • Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once • Proactive, go-getter attitude with an interest in strategic thinking
