📋 Description

• Gather and document business requirements for issues, enhancements, and projects • Configure the enterprise Intelex application to meet business requirements • Execute solutions that help business units achieve strategic objectives • Test and track business requirements through implementation • Analyze business strategy and user needs • Document business processes and translate business objectives into system requirement specifications • Define systems scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and evaluation of IT solutions • Interpret existing applications and business processes to identify improvement opportunities • Own support activities for current functionality, enhancements, system and integration testing, and user acceptance testing • Present technical solutions that enhance company products and services • Provide day-to-day support for IT processes and applications enabling Legal Operations and Corporate Compliance • Provide new-user training on supported applications as requested

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent years of experience, education and training) • 4+ years of business systems analysis experience • Custom configuration, development, and implementation experience specifically within the Intelex application (EHS solution) • Experience documenting Business Requirements, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Training collateral • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 application suite • Experience with data mapping and integration • Experience working in regulated industries, supporting software applications and processes • Agile project management experience and/or Scrum Certification • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) • Knowledge of agriculture business and industry • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Great Plains • Must satisfy any applicable pre-employment screening requirements
