📋 Description

• Lead development, execution, and validation of user acceptance testing scripts • Coordinate testing for strategic business and government-related initiatives • Identify risks, plan mitigations, and resolve issues • Conduct regression and integration testing for dental vendor partners • Communicate testing outcomes, recommendations, and findings to business stakeholders and Product Owners • Analyze operational processes and performance data to identify productivity, cost, and business outcome improvements • Maintain and update standard operating procedures, process documentation, and communications • Support annual go-to-market readiness activities • Manage testing workloads, prioritize deliverables, and develop action plans • Build relationships with internal partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams • Perform defect identification, root-cause analysis, test execution, and communication of testing results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Three to five years of experience in a healthcare environment • Experience supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) operations preferred • Healthcare operations background in benefits, eligibility, claims, or related disciplines preferred • Home internet connection through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload if working at home
