📋 Description

• Maximize placements through account renewals and growth of existing relationships • Provide exceptional customer service and account management for assigned accounts • Prospect and cold call potential large host employers to add to the platinum team portfolio • Oversee hiring activities and services to maximize placements and meet employer needs • Provide expert consultation on hiring needs, participant markets, and hiring services • Promote CIEE at regional and national tradeshows as needed • Collaborate with Seasonal Exchanges teams to support successful Bridge USA participant experiences from application through program completion • Hire program participants for host employers in person, overseas, or virtually • Maintain an accurate and complete sales database • Travel internationally as needed to support program placement goals and objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) • Minimum of 2–3 years of previous customer success and/or account management experience required • International study/work experience preferred • Computer skills including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills • Strong ability to multitask while overseeing daily project management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Energetic and team-oriented • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
