📋 Description

• Lead process design and change management activities during implementation projects • Own and lead all process and change management activities within an implementation or equivalent project • Conduct discovery sessions to understand process components and transform processes to achieve desired change • Assess current and future experiences for leadership, hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates • Lead current-state and future-state assessment workshops • Create and execute change plans with internal and external leaders and stakeholders • Collaborate on user experience planning with subject matter experts • Research and apply internal and external best practices • Incorporate technology, automation, and self-service into process design with Technology SMEs • Communicate business requirements for system configuration relating to processes, workflows, and reporting • Create process visualizations, communications, templates, standard operating procedures, and FAQs • Develop roadmaps from current state to desired future state, including priorities, sequencing, and dependencies • Train teams and hiring managers on new experiences and processes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • Six Sigma Black Belt, LEAN, or other process certification preferred • Change Management certification preferred • 3–5 years of client delivery experience required • 3–5 years of experience in process design, continuous improvement of business process or technology, and/or change management expertise required • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Business and technical savvy with keen attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other project management software • Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Skore, Visio, Lucid, or equivalent preferred • Demonstrated success developing and implementing business process improvements, core technology systems, process automation, and documented standard operating procedures • Ability to transform internal needs into technical and functional requirements • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with high emotional intelligence • Ability to communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
