📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI datasets, data models, and dashboards • Understand and explain data flows from source systems through Azure Data Factory into Fabric and Power BI • Diagnose data issues independently • Partner with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Own data accuracy and quality for reporting outputs • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues • Document data models, datasets, and reporting logic • Use AI tools to draft queries, DAX/Power Query logic, and documentation, while validating correctness • Identify and build AI-powered automation for manual reporting workflows • Expand self-service analytics • Grow into Cin7's broader Customer Operations systems, including ChurnZero, Salesforce, and ZenDesk, with training provided as needed • Maintain baseline ChurnZero configuration as part of the Customer Operations function

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (information systems, computer science, business analytics, or similar), or demonstrated equivalent experience with a track record in BI-specific roles • 2–3 years of hands-on Power BI experience building datasets and data models, including relationships, DAX measures, and Power Query • Working knowledge of SQL, including reading and validating data and understanding joins, keys, and grain • Ability to explain what data means and where it comes from • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into daily BI workflows, validate AI output independently, and identify appropriate automation opportunities • Direct exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Azure Data Factory is a nice-to-have • Experience owning a BI dataset/model end-to-end is a nice-to-have
