📋 Description

• Analyze HR metrics and develop data-driven solutions for process improvement • Access and analyze external and publicly available datasets as needed • Work with subject matter experts to understand data consumers’ needs • Design, collect, and analyze employee and organizational data • Create data files for targeted recruitment campaigns and organizational communications • Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support engagement and retention goals • Research external benchmark information to identify recruitment and engagement trends • Review peer reports for validity and maintain data and process integrity • Develop and maintain HR scorecards, including human capital metrics and predictive indicators • Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations for HR and senior leadership • Communicate data and process nuances to partners in a consultative manner • Explain the cost-benefit relationship between sophistication and practicality • Complete projects from start to finish • Perform Workday report analysis, consulting, report building, scheduling, validation, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States • Minimum bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field or higher is preferred • Experience may be substituted for education • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization • Experience in HR analytics, preferably in HR • Experience in data visualization design and development using BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc. • 2+ years of Workday report writing experience • Experience creating advanced, matrix, simple search, and complex composite Workday reports • Experience utilizing BIRT reporting tools • Experience incorporating HCM, Finance, and Payroll data • Experience designing and implementing unique Workday composite reports combining data from several accounting and finance modules
