📋 Description

• Contribute to testing new functionality, system enhancements, and application upgrades • Help validate business requirements, execute test plans, document outcomes • Support issue resolution efforts to ensure high-quality system performance • Assist in executing the testing/quality assurance needs of the enterprise business suite • Document testing outcomes • Address production support, application configuration and enhancements with direction • Participate in quality assurance activities related to application releases, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience • 0+ years of experience in a related job discipline • Basic knowledge of reviewing functional requirements and identifying clear, testable acceptance criteria to support quality outcomes • Experience creating and executing test cases, including manual testing and exposure to automated testing tools • Understanding of defect tracking and reporting processes • Exposure to documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes
