📋 Description

• Drive testing activities across Workday Payroll, HCM, and Security modules • Design, plan, and execute end-to-end test cases for Workday configurations • Conduct data validation, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Perform parallel payroll testing and payroll result validations • Track defects, document issues, and verify resolutions in test management tools such as JIRA • Build and maintain test plans, test scripts, test data, and test results • Validate business process functionality using detailed test scenarios • Analyze root causes and coordinate corrective actions with technical and functional teams • Partner with HR, Payroll, Security, IT, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and test requirements • Prepare and present testing status reports, risk assessments, and quality metrics • Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer for release and support cycles • Recommend process improvements and testing best practices • Stay current with Workday feature releases and integrate new testing strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) • 3+ years of hands-on Workday testing experience, including Payroll, HCM, and Security modules • Experience with test planning and execution frameworks • Experience with testing tools such as JIRA • Experience with SDLC methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills • Workday certification(s) in HCM, Payroll, or Security (preferred) • Experience in enterprise HRIS support or Workday enhancement projects (preferred) • Exposure to system integrations, EIB, and reporting (preferred) • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
