📋 Description

• Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes. • Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl. • Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Extreme attention to detail (In your application mention “EATD”) • Self-starter who is enthusiastic and skilled in troubleshooting • General tech support experience with SaaS products • Ability to troubleshoot technological difficulties • Ability to work with our SQL backend (training provided)
