📋 Description

• Take ownership of tasks, drive them to completion, take initiative, and communicate issues and roadblocks to the supervisor • Work with cross-functional teams and participate in design and leadership team meetings for clinical applications • Consult with end users to ensure clinical applications and training programs support patient-care processes • Maintain currency in the field through educational opportunities and instructional sessions • Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships and prepare oral and written presentations • Serve as a resource for application projects and enhancements • Provide technical support and resolve known issues • Escalate unresolved issues and support clinical system users through training • Create and curate education and training materials • Participate in on-call support rotation and follow basic support processes • Provide courteous, attentive, respectful, enthusiastic, and safe customer service in accordance with CARES standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • No experience required • Ability to provide technical support and problem resolution • Ability to develop troubleshooting and critical thinking skills • Ability to support clinical system training and create and curate education and training materials • Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation • Effective time management and prioritization • Ability to scope and estimate work effort for small projects • Accurate and timely status communication • Ability to collaborate across teams and interact with all levels of Medical Center staff
