📋 Description

• Provide work direction aligned with department objectives • Manage selection, development, and coaching of team members • Ensure job requirements, goals, initiatives, priorities, standards, and policies are clearly communicated • Lead team members in completing initiatives, projects, and programs • Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and evaluate services • Design, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures • Partner with the HRIS Team to automate processes • Serve as an expert resource on human resource programs • Develop, maintain, and deliver communications to managers and employees • Consult with HR staff and managers and provide guidance • Coordinate and participate in HR staff training and updates • Assist with fiscal responsibilities, monitor budget expenditures, research variances, track expenses and allocations, and provide reports • Ensure consistent application and implementation of HR policies • Analyze trends and recommend and implement solutions to HR issues • Monitor employment-related practices and maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations • Provide leadership for a team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
