📋 Description

• Establish direction and communication with General Managers and hold location Managers accountable for execution • Supervise a team of General Managers for the assigned region • Spend 80% of time in theaters monitoring performance, providing feedback, and recognizing exceptional performance • Hold regular meetings and conference calls to communicate company directives and reinforce policies and procedures • Complete location inspections as needed and provide feedback to General Managers • Ensure attainment of budgeted sales results and control expenses to budget • Lead General Managers to drive sales and maximize margin • Monitor controllable expenses and take corrective action as necessary • Protect company assets, attain budgeted shrink results, and monitor compliance with policies and procedures • Manage Human Resources issues to support retention, training, development, and hiring standards • Ensure General Managers support corporate training programs and employees complete company-directed training • Monitor employee engagement and react appropriately • Approve promotions, terminations, and disciplinary action as needed • Guide and assist management-team development through the General Manager • Assist General Managers with mid-year and year-end performance reviews for the management team

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years or more of prior multi-unit operations management experience in the full-service restaurant or entertainment industry • Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field; or equivalent experience • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Proven track record of operational excellence • Effective influencing and negotiating skills • Ability to build solid relationships with people of diverse backgrounds, educational levels, and life experiences • Strong planning and organizing skills • Leadership, urgency, and results-driven approach • Resilience and flexibility • Ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
