📋 Description

• Evaluate MET operational processes and quickly identify and address issues • Influence operational performance through in-aisle gap analysis • Remain current and well versed on MET SOPs and strategic initiatives • Develop MEAs, Supervisors, MEMs and DEMs through teaching, coaching and training on operational processes • Conduct detailed, multi-day training visits to outlier stores to increase store performance • Plan and organize weekly and monthly RQM routines • Follow up on store walks and game plan progress • Cover 1–2 regions and visit other stores to engage with associates and identify best practices • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • High school diploma and/or GED • Minimum 3 years of work experience • Ability to evaluate MET operational processes and identify issues • Knowledge of MET SOPs and strategic initiatives • Ability to teach, coach, and train on operational processes • Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization • Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time • Ability to sit or stand in the same location, stoop regularly, and move/lift light material or equipment typically less than 8 pounds • Ability to work in conditions involving temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes
