📋 Description

• Receive specific problems from live Roblox games • Investigate why problems exist • Generate potential solutions using AI, research, and judgement • Solve problems involving CTR, thumbnails, icons, retention, monetisation, progression, UX, gameplay, and other areas • Study competitors and wider Roblox platform behavior • Generate and eliminate ideas, retaining the strongest solutions • Present solutions clearly for implementation decisions • Learn from the Creative Director’s decision-making and intuition • Track implemented ideas and study post-implementation outcomes • Improve judgement based on actual results • Challenge assumptions as judgement strengthens • Teach future Frackers after demonstrating consistently strong performance

🎯 Requirements

• Must be Roblox native and deeply understand the Roblox platform, players, culture, discovery, CTR, retention, progression, monetisation, social systems, and Roblox player behavior • Experience may include Roblox development, game design, product-minded Roblox creation, LiveOps design, Roblox analysis, growth-minded development, or experienced Roblox creation • Extremely curious and able to attack problems from multiple directions • Able to use AI as a thinking multiplier • Generates many ideas while ruthlessly discarding weak ones • Cares whether ideas work and is comfortable with measurable output • Can take direct feedback and be wrong repeatedly • Comfortable with ideas being rejected constantly • Must provide Roblox experience, Roblox games understood and reasons, AI tools used and usage, and an example of a Roblox game problem with a proposed change
