📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, interviewers, and candidate types • Own onboarding logistics from offer acceptance through day one, including systems setup and paperwork • Coordinate with IT, People, and hiring managers to ensure new hires are prepared and welcomed • Maintain the Lever ATS and recruiting tools, including candidate stages, interview feedback, and offer statuses • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and People leadership to anticipate scheduling needs and flag bottlenecks • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting operations and build and document scalable processes • Serve as an initial candidate contact by communicating clearly, warmly, and promptly

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or an administrative/operations support role • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple calendars and moving pieces simultaneously • Experience with an ATS (Lever preferred) or the ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines • Proactive, resourceful problem-solver who takes ownership without needing much oversight • Experience with, or enthusiasm for, responsibly leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and save the team time on repetitive operational tasks
