📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic right hand to the Sr. Director, Strategic Positioning • Manage day-to-day coordination of key partnership relationships globally • Host senior gatherings that advance Circle’s narrative • Support work with think tanks, NGOs, regulators, and civil society institutions • Manage complex project planning and execution • Own Circle’s presence at gatherings shaping the future of money and policy, including Davos 2027 • Support Circle’s work at UNGA and the World Bank–IMF Annual Meetings • Own signature programming for senior policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders • Manage VIP and media dinners in major global financial and technology hubs • Manage relationships with the Atlantic Council, World Economic Forum, Council on Foreign Relations, think tanks, NGOs, and regulators • Pursue earned platforms and speaking opportunities for Circle executives and leaders • Oversee the full lifecycle of select VIP events at Circle’s New York headquarters • Partner with Corporate Events on event production

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience curating and hosting senior-level events within policy, government affairs, strategic engagement, a think tank, or a regulatory body • Confidence and comfort working directly with senior leaders • Proven ability to communicate crisply and run tight meetings • Ability to link corporate strategy with event and program execution • Keen eye for detail and ability to deliver exceptional, high-quality outcomes • Experience managing complex projects and operational coordination among broad teams • Strong judgment, discretion, and organizational skills • Working knowledge of WEF and Davos • Ability to immediately assume project management responsibilities for Davos 2027 • Fluency with generative AI models, including ChatGPT and Claude, and prompt development • Experience developing and utilizing agentic workflows • Established relationships with think tanks, NGOs, regulators, or civil society institutions • Fluency in digital asset and payments policy, or ability to build it quickly • Experience or familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, and Google Workspace • Must be based in the New York, NY or Washington, D.C. metropolitan area • Qualified candidates eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship
