📋 Description

• Performs diverse administrative support functions • Assesses emails, photographs, and construction documents to identify equipment or parts that need to be ordered • Reviews quotes, purchase orders, and warehouse shipping logs across multiple systems • Prepares purchase orders and reviews invoices • Tracks and communicates deliveries • Develops and maintains reports for various departments using collected data, within systems and through manual data entry as needed • Communicates with store and Field Operations Team, Territory Service Managers, Service Technicians, Project Managers, and third-party service providers • Works closely with Florida Division Facilities Specialist to maintain Nuvolo data accuracy • Assists in identifying facility repair needs and coordinates with the maintenance team and Facilities Director • Monitors project and program expenditures • Works closely with Enterprise Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Division Finance Teams • Performs other job duties as necessary
