📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, repair, clean, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment • Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, and lighting maintenance on facilities • Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs among work teams • Examine records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to ensure cost-effective preventative repairs • Participate in training classes for existing and new equipment • Initiate, coordinate, and enforce maintenance programs, operational policies, and procedures • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, professional networks, and professional societies • Accomplish Financial and Key Result Area targets pursuant to Company plan guidelines • Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted • 3–5 years’ experience in a maintenance field or more preferred • 1–2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and insurability as a driver • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities • Ability to work independently • Highly organized and able to work under pressure and deadlines • Ability to multitask • Computer literacy in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Ability to sit for long periods and operate a computer keyboard and mouse • Ability to view a computer monitor and hear and speak via telephone • Ability to reach forward and/or overhead • Ability to occasionally lift up to 80 pounds • Ability to crouch, crawl, push, pull, bend, stoop, and/or reach • Ability to carry, erect, and climb ladders • Ability to work with minimum direction and periodic supervision
