📋 Description

• Lead creation, definition, communication and execution of key USPS Engineering priorities aligned to USPS and Americas/WW Engineering priorities • Own the USPS Engineering operating calendar, including regular senior engineering leadership calls, DE/PE calls, SE Leader meetings and SE all-hands as examples • Ensure clear communication and timely execution of key activities and deadlines related to recognition, development, initiatives, etc. • Own and continually improve these processes to reduce noise and firedrills and improve our efficiency and outcomes • Ensure SEs and SE Leaders are enabled with the tools, data and training to execute all core growth priorities and transformational initiatives • Maintain a pulse on the engineering organization • Act as a representative of the USPS Engineering organization in cross-functional forums • Lead key processes to align the USPS architecture teams with the portfolio team

🎯 Requirements

• Field Sales Engineering experience with a consistent track record of success • Deep understanding of Cisco's portfolio, tools, processes and sales motions including software sales (land/adopt/expand/renew) • 5+ years of validated experience in leading operations, program management or strategy development • Experience working with Federal, State and Local Governments or Education customers (Higher Education or K12) • Experience working in large, sophisticated organizations • Successful track record of outstanding performance and strong leadership skills • Strong process and change management orientation, with a consistent record of solving sophisticated business problems and crafting viable solutions • Strong verbal and written communications skills • Strong quantitative and analytical skills • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
