📋 Description

• Define and operationalize long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies • Ensure efficient regional market access and regulatory readiness • Drive standardization, automation, and portfolio governance across on-premise, SaaS, and hybrid environments • Lead AI and intelligent workflow initiatives to scale compliance operations, reduce manual effort, and enhance audit readiness • Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams to improve execution and remove blockers • Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and program maturity • Drive strategy, operational scale, and cross-functional execution across the global Splunk compliance portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years of related experience • 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, strategic operations, or technical program management • 3+ years leading cross-functional programs or strategic projects in cloud/enterprise technology environments • Experience with cloud security and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and CSA STAR • Ability to build scalable frameworks and influence cross-functional executives • Experience navigating complex challenges to achieve business results • Experience operating in dynamic, matrixed environments • Analytical experience using metrics and automation to drive scalable outcomes • Ability to communicate effectively with technical engineering teams and executive leadership
