📋 Description

• Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Hypershield experiences • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to understand requirements, technical capabilities, and constraints • Translate product requirements and technical capabilities into effective user experiences • Evaluate complex workflows from the user’s perspective and identify gaps and opportunities • Develop design options that help cross-functional teams reach well-informed solutions • Iterate on designs using feedback from users, research, designers, product partners, and engineers • Collaborate with Engineering through implementation • Apply established design systems • Use modern design and AI-assisted tools to explore concepts and accelerate prototyping • Design experiences that simplify policy management, vulnerability visibility, reporting, and security workflows for cloud and distributed environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience • 3+ years of professional enterprise experience in product design, UX design, or UI/UX design creating digital product experiences • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity product designs • Proficiency with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools • Experience translating product requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into intuitive user-centered design solutions • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Research through implementation • Experience using AI-enabled design or prototyping tools • Preferred: experience designing enterprise software, infrastructure, SaaS, cybersecurity, networking IT, or other technically complex products • Preferred: familiarity with security, networking, infrastructure, or SOC workflows and security concepts • Preferred: strong visual and interaction design skills • Preferred: critical thinking and curiosity when exploring complex product or user problems • Preferred: experience with established design systems and AI-assisted tools such as Figma Make, Claude, or MCP-based workflows
