📋 Description

• Own the strategic product-led customer engagements • Own product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers • Actively represent the Splunk product organization to customers • Drive product-led outcomes • Serve as a trusted product partner in account planning • Use telemetry data and AI summarization to drive product-led customer experience • Translate insights into product action • Measure outcomes and define KPIs for product engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors + 5 years related experience, or Masters + 3 years related experience, or PhD + 1 year related experience • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise customers • Experience engaging with senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues • Experience being the trusted product lead on cross-functional teams • Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers • Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms • AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator), or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications
