📋 Description

• Lead, monitor, and report on security services engagements at key Cisco customers • Interact with customer technical and management personnel • Deliver security solutions independently and by leading engineers across multiple technical disciplines • Design, document, validate, pilot, deploy, and automate Cisco Security Solutions • Provide continuous support services to help customers realize more value from deployed solutions • Provide deep technical expertise on Cisco security technologies and communicate architectural context and the broader security solution • Evaluate and present alternative designs and influence outcomes • Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and help customers recover from technical and security issues • Participate in worldwide collaboration within the security practice and cross-functionally with other Cisco groups • Support creation of and adhere to standards, templates, methodologies, best practices, and delivery frameworks • Build trusted-advisor relationships with customers and identify future engagement opportunities • Assist with customer proposals and statements of work by providing scope and effort information to Account Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, and systems integration with large enterprise entities • Deep technical expertise in Cisco Secure Firewall / ASA and enterprise firewall deployments in cloud and on-premises environments • Deep technical expertise in VPN technologies and enterprise VPN deployments on-premises and in the cloud • Experience with Cisco AnyConnect and Secure Client • Technical experience with Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Secure Access, and other SASE solutions • Solid technical knowledge in Cisco ISE and TrustSec; hands-on experience preferred • Knowledge of Cloud Security, Network Visibility, and Zero Trust Segmentation solutions • Ability to deliver automation artifacts using common automation frameworks, programming languages, Generative AI systems, and Cisco APIs • Experience preparing, planning, designing, implementing, optimizing, automating, and operating network security solutions • Strong understanding of secure design principles including confidentiality, integrity, availability, adaptability, scalability, dependability, and modularity • Detailed understanding of TCP/IP protocols • Strong written and verbal communication skills for communicating with technical staff and executives • Bachelor of Science, or equivalent • CCNP Security • Preferred: expertise in Cisco SNA, Secure Workload, Secure Endpoint, DUO, and Cisco XDR • Preferred: experience with routing and switching, infrastructure applications, voice, content networking, wireless, Software Defined Access, and Software Defined WAN • Desired certifications include DevNet Associate, CCIE Security, CISSP, SANS GIAC, and NSA IAM
