📋 Description

• Translate visions into strategic goals, market positions, and transformation priorities • Form insights from internal and external data sources, advanced analytics, and AI-driven signals • Lead market and competitive analysis to inform future direction • Shape enterprise-wide initiatives, including digital transformation and recurring revenue models • Drive a holistic OneCisco AI strategy and identify high-impact AI opportunities • Advise executives on business and functional strategy, investment strategy, and resource optimization • Align cross-functional strategic agendas and prioritize initiatives for outsourcing or termination • Develop business plans connecting long-term vision to short-term goals • Set targets, build forecasts, and conduct scenario modeling • Facilitate annual and multi-year planning processes • Align resources and capabilities with strategic priorities • Support planning analytics and embed advanced tools and prompt engineering into daily workflows • Drive incremental S&P advancements through AI-augmented modeling • Support global S&P areas or provide broad enabling S&P support for a region • Identify strategic opportunities, misalignments, friction, risks, and resource needs • Integrate analyses into strategic storylines using AI-powered synthesis models • Monitor metrics, detect gaps, and advise on course corrections • Improve S&P processes through AI-driven process optimization • Connect external shifts to customer priorities and uncover future opportunities • Coordinate across teams and integrate broader perspectives • Ensure deliverables reflect cross-functional interdependencies • Articulate the team’s position and clarify deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience using data and business insights to support planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, or strategic decision-making • Experience managing workstreams independently, prioritizing deliverables, and executing against defined business objectives and timelines • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functional stakeholders to gather inputs, resolve dependencies, and deliver business outcomes • Strong analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling, trend analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement • Experience identifying performance gaps, business risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement • Experience developing materials and recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency with business intelligence, analytics, and planning tools • Experience using generative AI and prompt engineering to improve analytical or operational workflows
