📋 Description

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with Costco’s Regional Leadership team and warehouse employees • Enhance credit awareness and execute credit initiatives within the assigned region • Develop strategy and execution plans for warehouse new account acquisitions and compliance • Leverage warehouse performance data to focus training and engagement efforts • Train warehouse employees in person and virtually on credit value, compliant credit presentation, and customer questions • Collaborate with warehouse and regional leadership to improve application performance • Support credit tabling events and warehouse grand openings through training and optimization strategies • Identify process improvement opportunities based on warehouse employee and cardmember feedback • Ensure compliance with credit card collateral, applications, Terms & Conditions, and procedures • Manage and respond to warehouse/cardmember escalations • Share best practices; create and manage tools, reporting, and information • Understand partner, industry, and competitive environment • Work from a home office while traveling approximately 85% within Los Angeles region warehouses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and/or 6-10 years credit or sales-related industry experience required • Must reside in Los Angeles, Anaheim or Long Beach • Prior big-box retail management experience preferred • Must have high energy and be self-motivated • Able to work independently with minimal supervision • Capacity to multi-task and respond to a variety of situations • Strong communication and organizational ability • Excellent large group presentation skills • Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem solving • Strong financial analysis/analytical skills • Relationship building skills and flexible style • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work in a remote office environment • Overnight travel and weekend support required
