📋 Description

• Independently lead complex, multifaceted talent acquisition initiatives • Lead assessment, selection, and deployment of advanced recruitment technologies, including Candidate Relationship Management platforms, automated interview scheduling, and augmented writing • Design and grow targeted talent communities using digital engagement tactics and technology platforms • Implement social media campaigns with Corporate Communications to position Westinghouse's story to potential candidates • Monitor emerging recruitment programs, digital marketing trends, and candidate engagement innovations • Lead pilot initiatives and scale successful programs globally • Manage talent acquisition vendors, including recruitment process outsourcing • Review and improve job boards and employee referral programs • Train the Global TA COE and contingent labor staffing business on effective and compliant use of talent acquisition programs • Provide guidance on operational support, troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement of platforms • Develop, maintain, and analyze metrics including candidate traffic, drop-off rates, and source of hire • Optimize sourcing strategies, reduce spending, energize recruitment outcomes, and improve recruitment velocity • Collaborate with people leaders, Corporate Communications, legal, and HR on technology, branding, business priorities, and inclusion objectives • Report to the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years creating, deploying, and improving HR programs • 3 years of experience deploying technologies that modernize the recruiting process, such as candidate relationship management and texting • Experience in service delivery of talent related processes • Demonstrated understanding of deploying and continuous improvement of a CRM within a growing organization • Experience articulating and translating technical expertise for the functional user • Experience building business case scenarios
