📋 Description

• Build one team across Fiber by assuring cross-functional groups work as one unit toward common goals • Partner on cross-product and cross-team initiatives with cross-functional team members • Refine and develop projects from ideation, development, and training through testing and full market launches • Execute complex projects that bring internet access to people • Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity, customer impact and scope • Present weekly project updates to organizational and executive leadership • Drive project delivery, build consensus and challenge proposals when appropriate • Oversee system readiness testing (SRT) and market readiness testing (MRT) • Anticipate and creatively solve or escalate roadblocks • Create executive reporting within required templates and timing cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 10 years of project management, product management, operations or consulting experience • Experience presenting to executives and managing detailed minutiae with subject matter experts • Direct experience creating multiple program project plans simultaneously • Active management of program risks, action items, issues, dependencies and decisions logs • Preferred: 5+ years of experience within the telecommunications industry • Preferred: MBA, Bachelor’s degree or a PMP Certification • Preferred: Experience deploying data and/or communications products to commercial or consumer customers • Preferred: Experience tracking successful processes and facilitating cross-functional process re-design sessions
