📋 Description

• Lead and manage mid-sized strategic projects and workstreams, including planning, analysis, execution, communication, and performance tracking • Develop project plans, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals and revenue cycle improvement initiatives • Conduct detailed data analysis and performance assessments to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities • Create executive-ready presentations and reports supporting strategic decision-making and business priorities • Perform market research, evaluate vendors, and assess innovative solutions to improve revenue cycle operations • Partner with operational, IT, and finance teams to implement process improvements and technology-enabled solutions • Build stakeholder relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted consultative resource for strategic initiatives • Translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and data-driven solutions supporting continuous improvement • Support change management and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and initiatives • Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts and provide guidance and support to team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience • Additional relevant experience may substitute for the minimum educational requirement • Experience leading strategic initiatives, business transformation projects, or operational improvement efforts • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar platforms • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in healthcare or complex organizational settings preferred • Lean Six Sigma, project management, healthcare analytics training, PMP, HFMA CRCR, or similar certifications are preferred
