📋 Description

• Own and support hiring across strategic US roles in AI/Machine Learning, Infrastructure & Compute, Software Engineering, Product, Leadership, and other strategic areas • Work directly with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs • Develop relationships within the US AI and technology ecosystem • Build long-term networks of engineers, founders, operators, and technical leaders • Attend and help identify relevant meetups, conferences, and industry events • Build relationships with passive candidates • Increase Runware’s visibility within the US AI community • Identify creative ways to reach exceptional candidates • Engage credibly with technical candidates about AI inference, GPUs, distributed systems, ML infrastructure, data centers, and the AI ecosystem • Help establish and grow Runware Inc. in the US • Contribute to US employment practices, market expectations, employment contracts, onboarding, benefits, People processes, local vendors and partners, employee experience, and identifying when external HR, legal, or specialist support is needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering, executive search, or a similar role • Strong experience recruiting technical profiles in the US • Good understanding of the US technology ecosystem • Experience recruiting in AI, ML, infrastructure, cloud, developer tools, or another highly technical environment • Ability to engage credibly with senior engineers, technical leaders, and founders • Strong network or clear evidence of ability to build one • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup with evolving roles and priorities • Able to work autonomously and make decisions without multiple layers of validation • Interest in broader People and company-building topics beyond recruitment • Strong ownership mentality • San Francisco Bay Area base, existing AI/ML network, early-stage or high-growth startup experience, international company US expansion experience, US People Ops/employment/benefits exposure, and Staff+/Principal/leadership recruiting experience are nice to have
