📋 Description

• Own the full customer lifecycle from initial scoping and implementation through ongoing value realization, adoption, and new use cases • Manage delivery according to Hawk's best practices and methodology by building plans, tracking progress, and reporting clearly • Understand and build customer value using customers' own numbers, business objectives, and regulatory context • Design and drive joint success plans aligned with client objectives • Own commercial outcomes, including GRR and NRR, and revenue recognition outcomes where applicable • Monitor usage and performance and turn findings into optimization work, including reducing false positives, returning analyst hours, and accelerating investigations • Use AI and agentic AI tools for QBR preparation, account insight, and reporting • Participate in pre-sale conversations as a delivery and value-creation subject matter expert • Build and maintain executive relationships through governance calls and QBRs • Convert demonstrated customer value into retained and expanded revenue

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles spanning customer success, engagement management, or delivery/project management within B2B enterprise software • Track record managing accounts with $500K+ ARR, including cross-sell or expansion work • Ability to own delivery plans end to end, including scoping, tracking, and reporting • Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software delivery models • Experience in AML, fraud prevention, or regulated financial services is advantageous • Hands-on experience using AI and agentic AI tools and techniques • Comfort operating at C-suite level and running executive governance calls • Ownership-oriented approach to customer value and outcomes • Experience in, or appetite for, a start-up or scale-up environment • Fluent German communication skills • Fluent English communication skills • Additional language relevant to Hawk's EMEA customer base is a bonus
