📋 Description

• Enable growth in the data, analytics, and AI space, reporting to the Head of Technology Advisory Services • Manage clients’ data transformation programs and provide guidance on platforms, tooling, and AI • Lead accounts for a diverse portfolio of US and global clients • Enable future-ready architecture and provide thought leadership across teams, geographies, and client stakeholders • Develop account plans based on clients’ data, technology, and AI plans • Lead thought-leadership discussions and stakeholder storytelling throughout clients’ data journeys • Hold an account growth target of $10M • Develop program strategies and roadmaps • Lead cross-functional planning with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams • Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and maintain strategic relationships across markets • Facilitate client communications, presentations, program reviews, and weekly status sessions • Lead matrixed teams of 15–30 professionals across multiple disciplines • Coordinate collaboration with vendors, production companies, technology providers, and other external partners • Oversee program execution, deliverables, quality standards, and deadlines • Manage programs with budgets of $3M or more, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization recommendations • Implement risk-management strategies and contingency planning for complex, multi-phase programs

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of IT experience with a background in enabling account growth in data, cloud, analytics, and AI • Track record managing programs exceeding $3M in total investment • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients and global brands • Experience presenting to executives • Experience overseeing delivery of large data and AI transformation programs • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar • Familiarity with marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management, and eCommerce tools • Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments
