📋 Description

• Facilitate and lead multiple projects for process improvement, process design, and Robotic Process Automation simultaneously • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and tools including value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC • Serve as Continuous Improvement Business Relationship Manager to assigned business areas • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives based on strategic objectives • Analyze and baseline current-state processes to identify and implement optimal solutions • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with business owners • Manage multiple initiatives while maintaining high-quality outcomes • Build stakeholder relationships and navigate challenges • Develop project plans, lead teams through improvement cycles, and ensure milestones are met • Promote awareness and adoption of continuous improvement methodologies across the enterprise • Support employee training and coaching • Document and maintain CI guidelines and best practices • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Process Improvement or a related field required • Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology required • Change Management certification preferred • 5+ years’ experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or related experience required • Track record of measurable results • Strong project management experience, including business case development and implementation planning, required • Extensive experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required • Knowledge of the PBM industry preferred • Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge preferred • Familiarity with change management philosophies and practices preferred • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
