📋 Description

• Assist the Associate Director of Digital Engagement in developing the email strategy for Party at the Polls • Write and develop content ideas for the Party at the Polls email program and When We All Vote campaigns as needed • Track and report on Community Partner email list performance, identifying opportunities for segmentation and engagement • Compile and analyze Party at the Polls email metrics to inform strategy • Build and schedule emails in HubSpot • Provide general administrative support to the Associate Director of Digital Engagement • Perform other reasonable and related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Recent college graduate or currently enrolled in college or university • 1+ year of writing and developing content for email marketing campaigns, ideally in a political, advocacy, or nonprofit setting • Experience tracking and reporting on digital metrics, identifying trends and segmentation opportunities • Comfortable learning new software and tools • Strong copywriting and editing skills • Familiarity with voter engagement or civic participation programs is a plus • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team • Interest in current pop culture trends • Ability to stay flexible and organized while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Enthusiasm for working with diverse communities and individuals with varying perspectives • Personal and professional commitment to cross-cultural awareness and inclusion of diverse backgrounds, races, ethnicities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities
