📋 Description

• Design and develop interactive online learning experiences simplifying technical concepts for educators and IT leaders • Create courses using conversational language, simulations, high-quality videos, and interactive elements • Apply adult learning principles and multimedia best practices • Manage multiple projects in an agile development environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and influence product development to align training with user needs • Identify improvements to learning experiences and supporting documentation • Participate in onboarding milestones, course development, peer reviews, video production, Help Center content, and mentoring • Build relationships with product subject-matter experts and develop advanced CMC courses • Identify curriculum content gaps and propose new learning solutions • Report to the Manager of Learning Design

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or similar fields • Expertise in rapid content development using Articulate Rise • Experience with video editing tools such as Camtasia or Adobe Premiere • Previous experience working in a remote environment • Strong project management and organizational skills • Comfortable joining virtual meetings with camera activated • Occasional travel, approximately 20%, for team meetups • Experience with HTML and CSS for course design enhancements (nice to have) • Strong graphic design skills (nice to have) • Based in or near the Eastern Time Zone (nice to have) • Master’s degree preferred
